Job summary

Accenture PLC in Australia seeks an experienced Delivery Lead to manage SAP S/4HANA program delivery, aligning design, budget, resources, and quality across global teams. You will guide clients through cutover and go-live, managing risk and complex stakeholder expectations.

The role requires extensive SAP exposure, multi-project leadership, and executive-level communication with clients across time zones. Travel may be required as part of delivery engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP consulting or enterprise technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project delivery across SAP S/4HANA programs including solution design, budget management, resource planning, and quality assurance.
• Serve as primary escalation point for delivery issues and mitigate risks.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables across project lifecycle.
• Manage onshore/offshore delivery structures across time zones for seamless execution and knowledge transfer.
• Drive cutover planning, rehearsals, and execution for controlled go-live.
• Oversee project financials including EAC, revenue recognition, margins and change orders.
• Facilitate governance rituals including steering committees and status reports.
• Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery standards and contractual obligations.
