Job summary
Aurem Cladding + Roofing is a growing metal roofing and architectural cladding contractor servicing residential, commercial and industrial projects across SE Queensland and Northern NSW. We seek an experienced Project Manager / Roofing Supervisor to own projects from handover to completion.
The role requires regular site attendance, accurate measuring and coordination with installation teams. You will lead safety, quality and timely handovers while maintaining client relationships and project
Qualifications
- Strong experience in metal roofing & architectural metal cladding.
- Previous experience as a project manager, roofing supervisor, site supervisor or leading hand.
- Ability to measure roofs and wall-cladding areas accurately.
- Experience with material take-offs and roofing orders.
- Ability to read architectural, structural and hydraulic drawings.
- Knowledge of roof sheeting, fascia, gutters, downpipes, insulation and flashings.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise multiple metal roofing and cladding projects.
- Manage delivery from pre-commencement to handover.
- Coordinate with installation teams and site attendees.
- Identify issues early and maintain safe, profitable projects.
- Ensure quality inspections and documentation are in place.
- Liaise with clients and builders and supervise subcontractors.
