Job summary

GCX Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Supervisor to lead site supervision, scheduling, and client relations across domestic, commercial and insurance roofing projects on the Gold Coast. You will ensure efficient job flow from start to finish and will jump on the tools when the job calls for it.

The role requires proven supervisory experience, strong roofing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple crews and deadlines with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising roofing crews and projects.
• Confident communicator; comfortable dealing with clients and subcontractors.
• Well organised; able to juggle multiple jobs and deadlines.
• Experience with quoting/estimating is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision across residential, commercial, and insurance roofing jobs.
• Job scheduling and coordination of crews and subcontractors.
• Customer relations — liaising with clients, builders, and site contacts.
• Site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Measuring jobs and preparing accurate scopes.
• Quoting and estimating support.
• Ordering materials for jobs.
• General administration tied to job management.
• Willingness to get hands-on and help out on the tools when needed.
