Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in designing and building complex mechatronics systems.
• Strong engineering intuition and persistence to solve technical problems.
• Familiarity with requirement gathering, design, implementation, debugging, verification, and transfer to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end system architecture of Mytra’s robotic platform.
• Define and evolve the technical roadmap for platform scalability.
• Establish system boundaries and responsibility splits between teams.
• Mediate technical decisions to keep teams aligned.
• Distill complex data into a clear technical narrative.
