Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or Acute settings.
• Previous leadership of a team is highly regarded; development support available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the treatment room team and assist health care professionals.
• Conduct clinical duties such as health assessments, immunisations, ECG monitoring, wound care, and specimen collection.
• Assist Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment and performance management of treatment room staff.
• Ensure SOPs are understood and followed; liaise with PM and staff to maintain standards.
