Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a Treatment Room Team Leader for our Preston practice. You will conduct clinical duties including health assessments and immunisations, and support the Practice Manager with rostering and staff performance in the treatment room.

You will be a Registered Nurse with General Practice or acute setting experience, capable of leading a small team, ensuring SOPs are followed and patient care is delivered with compassion and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently registered nurse in Australia.
• Experience in General Practice or acute settings.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the treatment room team and ensure high standard of care.
• Conduct health assessments and immunisations.
• Assist Practice Manager with rostering and recruitment.
• Monitor staff performance and SOP adherence in the treatment room.
• Coordinate with HCPs during procedures and maintain patient flow.
