HealthcareLink Trust is seeking an experienced Part-Time Nursing Manager to lead the nursing team and oversee day-to-day operations of the treatment room in a general practice setting. This role suits a senior nurse with strong leadership, infection control, and quality improvement experience.

You will coordinate rosters, support recruitment and training, ensure RACGP standards, and maintain accurate documentation while delivering high-quality care, including immunizations and minor procedures.

Formación

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
• Previous experience in general practice nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to practice nurses
• Coordinate nursing rosters, leave planning, and workload allocation
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing competency development of nursing staff
• Oversee the efficient and safe operation of the treatment room
• Maintain clinical protocols and RACGP standards
• Deliver high-quality nursing care including immunizations, wound management, and chronic disease management
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in patient records
• Lead and support RACGP accreditation requirements related to nursing and clinical services
• Stock and resource management for clinical stock and consumables
• Assist with patient feedback and incident management
