Job summary

Mercy Community are on the search for experienced Registered Nurses for Leinster Place in Rockhampton. The role is available for Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual arrangements, with sponsorship for the right candidate.

You will coordinate person-centred care, supervise staff, and work within a supportive team to enhance residents' independence and quality of life, including ANACC documentation for funding optimisation.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience leading a team and supervising staff.
• Australian citizen, permanent resident or work visa without restrictions.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (NDIS Yellow Card) or ability to apply.
• Able to cover night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate person-centred care to residents and supervise staff across clusters.
• Collaborate with the professional team to improve independence and quality of life.
• Provide safe clinical management and nursing interventions per standards of practice.
• Prepare ANACC documentation to optimise funding.
