Rockpool Residential Aged Care in Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, high quality care on shift, with clinical leadership from senior staff. You will be the reference point for Personal Carers and ensure accurate documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Solid clinical assessment and care planning experience.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to guide Personal Carers on shift.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and escalate deteriorations.
• Act as clinical role model for Personal Carers on shift.
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.
• Oversee medication program where carers are rostered.
• Contribute to audits, quality activities and incident reporting.
