Job summary

Careerone Partner Network in Brighton, SA, seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a busy café/restaurant team. You will coordinate daily operations, manage staff and uphold high standards of food, service and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma is required or equivalent.
• Experience managing busy cafés/restaurants is essential.
• Strong leadership and organisational capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service.
• Supervise front-of-house staff including rostering and training.
• Coordinate with kitchen to maintain quality and timely service.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Monitor stock, inventory, ordering and supplier relations.
• Monitor costs, labour and budgets to support profitability.
• Assist with menu planning, pricing and promotions.
• Manage bookings and seating arrangements.
• Maintain records: rosters, stock, financial documents.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and OHS compliance.
• Lead with effective communication and teamwork.
