Job summary

LUMEA is seeking a Project Development Manager in Australia to lead the development of energy connection agreements and manage infrastructure transactions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team within the Transgrid Group.

This client-facing role requires strong stakeholder management, experience in energy infrastructure, and the ability to price high-value transactions, with opportunities across cross-functional teams in the Australian energy market.

Qualifications

• Experience in the energy infrastructure and/or renewable energy industry.
• Degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent customer and stakeholder relationship management skills including influencing potential customers, decision makers, and other stakeholders.
• Proven track record in development and management of competitive energy infrastructure bids.
• Experience in innovative project development and management with strong problem-solving skills.
• High-level business and commercial acumen with a track record in development, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements.
• Proven experience pricing high-value transactions and developing pricing strategies with financial modelling.
