UGL Transport is seeking a Senior Infield Service Delivery Manager for the New Intercity Fleet and Regional Rail programs, based at the Mariyung Maintenance Facility in Kangy Angy. Lead and deliver world-class fleet maintenance, safety, and environmental outcomes, reporting to the Infield Maintenance Manager.

You will drive operational activities, manage a team, ensure availability, and contribute to customer satisfaction while maintaining site safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive management and supervisory experience in a maintenance environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Management and/or Engineering is required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing resource planning systems and procedures.
• Budgetary management, cost control and performance measurement knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Rail industry operations, Rail Safety Act and quality control systems.
• Proven track record in safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Experience managing a team with delivery targets and timelines.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities, data interpretation and insights.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining high quality.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership in safety, quality and environmental management and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Lead, direct and instruct team members; manage rosters, work instructions and safety requirements.
• Monitor train availability; ensure adherence to scheduled train plans and performance.
• Support investigations into safety, quality, incidents and faults.
• Maintain accurate notifications, service orders and closures in the asset system.
• Review KPIs and drive contract/project improvements and compliance.
