Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager in Sydney to take ownership of project delivery from establishment through handover, overseeing five to eight projects at varying stages. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently across stages of delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated ability to carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core monthly project outputs, including Project Delivery Plans, Monthly Status Reports, and cost reports.
• Establish and manage project budgets in line with client requirements.
• Build detailed project programmes with milestones and maintain risk registers.
• Lead RFP preparation, scope writing, tendering, and contract administration.
• Drive value engineering and review design to minimize risk and maximize outcomes.
• Manage financial close-out and contract documentation during project close-out.
