Job summary

J. Wyndham Prince is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Civil Engineer to own delivery across land development and infrastructure. You’ll guide resources, manage plans and budgets, and ensure projects are commercially viable and constructible.

You’ll collaborate with clients, consultants and internal teams to deliver value and growth. The role sits in their Delivery Services team with a focus on securing tenders, building proposals and strengthening client relationships while

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' civil engineering or project management experience.
• Experience managing civil engineering, land development and/or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working across complex projects and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• A Civil Engineering degree or relevant tertiary qualification.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the delivery of land development and infrastructure projects.
• Direct and guide project resources to achieve client and company outcomes.
• Manage project plans, schedules, forecasts, budgets and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams and external sub-consultants.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and delivery constraints.
• Maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Provide technical oversight and review where required.
• Manage project financials, variations, invoicing, revenue and margin.
• Contribute to proposals, tenders, scopes, methodologies and fee estimates.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and grow the pipeline.
