Job summary

J. Wyndham Prince has spent more than 40 years delivering land development and major infrastructure projects across Greater Sydney.

They seek an experienced Project Manager to join the Delivery Services team in the Penrith CBD office, offering ownership from planning through delivery and a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You’ll direct resources, manage budgets and client relationships, contribute to proposals and tenders, and help shape how projects are delivered with commercial

Qualifications

• 3–5 years civil engineering or project management experience.
• Experience managing civil/land development and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with complex, multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness across budgets, resources and financial performance.
• Civil Engineering degree or relevant tertiary qualification.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivery of land development and infrastructure projects.
• Direct and guide project resources to achieve client and company outcomes.
• Manage project plans, schedules, forecasts, budgets and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams and external sub-consultants.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and delivery constraints.
• Maintain proactive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Provide technical oversight and review where required.
• Contribute to proposals, tenders, scopes, methodologies and fee estimates.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow the pipeline.
