Job summary

e2o is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the pursuit, planning and delivery of major mechanical and process plant projects. You will drive tender strategies, engage clients and identify opportunities to secure new work, then oversee execution through to completion.

You will manage commercial performance, stakeholder engagement and safe, high-quality delivery across mining, oil & gas, water treatment, power generation and pipeline sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mechanical or process plant projects within industrial environments.
• Experience contributing to tendering, bid development and project pursuits.
• Track record delivering projects valued at $20M+ with strong commercial, contractual and operational outcomes.
• Strong client relationship-building and multidisciplinary team leadership.
• Commitment to safety, schedule, cost and quality across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid strategies, tender submissions and opportunity development.
• Oversee project delivery from mobilisation through commissioning and handover.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules and overall commercial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain client relationships and provide accurate project reporting to leadership.
