Job summary

WesCEF, part of Wesfarmers, seeks a Lead Project Engineer to drive multi-disciplinary capital projects through full lifecycle at the Kwinana site. The role entails managing design, procurement, construction, and commissioning while aligning with safety and regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will mentor junior engineers, manage budgets, and liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver value across the project cycle while maintaining strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related field required.
• Experience leading EPC/EPCM brownfield full lifecycle projects.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills for junior engineers.
• Familiar with Australian and international electrical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from development to commissioning and completion.
• Ensure financial management and reporting of project costs per standards.
• Provide operational and technical support to internal customers.
• Coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams and stakeholders.
