Job summary

Everi Pty seeks a Registered Architect to lead full end-to-end project delivery across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Based in Surfers Paradise, you will oversee briefing, concept, documentation, and construction, with direct access to design leadership.

You will manage scope, budget, programme, and resourcing, mentor junior architects, and help shape the culture and standards of a design-led practice in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with local project experience.
• Strong Revit and Adobe Suite skills.
• Experience delivering complex residential or mixed-use projects.
• Ability to lead projects independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery from briefing to construction.
• Manage scope, budget, programme, and resourcing.
• Direct design toward client vision and constraints.
• Oversee documentation (DA, BA, IFC).
• Coordinate teams and consultants to deliver clear outcomes.
• Ensure NCC compliance and standards.
• Mentor junior architects.
• Foster collaborative, accountable team culture.
• Manage tendering, procurement, and contractor selection.
• Administer contracts and construction phase services including RFIs and variations.
