XPT Software in Australia is seeking an experienced Production Support Lead to manage enterprise Workato integrations and AWS-based platforms. You will own incident, problem, and change management, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure service levels are sustained in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead offshore resources, implement monitoring and governance, and drive continuous improvement across integration workflows and MFT processes. A strong ITIL background is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in enterprise production support and integration platforms.
• Certifications needed: Workato Pro1, Pro2, Pro3.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production support for Workato integrations, GoAnywhere MFT, and AWS-based Integration Hub/Eventing platforms ensuring high availability.
• Own and manage incident, problem, and change management processes to resolve production issues promptly.
• Ensure SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs are met, maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Lead offshore support team with technical guidance and performance oversight.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, vendors, and development teams to resolve complex integration issues.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows and cloud components.
• Oversee production deployments, release validations, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain platform security, data integrity, and governance across related services.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability to pre-empt issues.
• Conduct RCA for major incidents and drive preventive actions.
