Job summary

James Fisher and Sons plc seeks a Production Supervisor - West based in Bibra Lake, Perth. You will plan and coordinate maintenance of Diving and Hyperbaric equipment, ensuring on-time delivery while meeting quality and safety standards. You will manage a Dive and Hyperbaric team and report on performance KPIs to stakeholders.

The role requires security checks and offers full-time, permanent employment in a dynamic maritime/defence environment.

Qualifications

Experience in production, maintenance, or service operations.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance against KPIs.
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain a rolling six-month forecast of parts requirements to support operational demands.
Coordinate service and maintenance activities in line with client requirements and schedules.
Lead and supervise the Dive and Hyperbaric team in Bibra Lake, promoting safe working practices.
Monitor KPIs and provide monthly reports to stakeholders.
Champion safety culture by improving safety, quality, and processes.
Review ECNs and DCNs to ensure compliance across production activities.
Support timely delivery of customer orders through planning and cross-functional coordination.
Ensure production and service activities meet company procedures and quality standards.
