Job summary

Grove Juice in Warwick seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team including Juice Mixers, Pasteurisers and Line Operators. You will oversee day‑to‑day production, ensure schedules and safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high quality.

The role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills, with a hands‑on approach to coaching staff and managing production data. Reports to the Production Manager in a fast‑paced facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food, beverage or FMCG.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop production teams.
• Strong understanding of production equipment, processes and quality control requirements.
• Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety practices and food safety requirements, including HACCP.
• Strong organisational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse production information, identify trends and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to product quality and safety.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure production schedules, operating procedures and safety protocols are followed.
• Monitor production lines, equipment performance and product quality.
• Identify and resolve production issues, including implementing corrective actions where required.
• Promote a safe workplace and ensure hazards, incidents and safety requirements are managed appropriately.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs and reports.
• Coach, train and develop team members to support performance and capability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste and optimise resources.
