Job summary

Core Talent is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee a windows and doors manufacturing facility in NSW. You will manage production planning, scheduling, fabrication and delivery while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards.

You will lead production teams and work with sales, logistics and branch management to drive continuous improvement, maximise productivity and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Production/Operations Manager in manufacturing or related industry.
• Proven ability to lead production teams and manage KPIs.
• Knowledge of WHS, quality assurance and safe manufacturing practices.
• Strong planning, scheduling, logistics and inventory management capacity.
• Experience with ERP and stock management processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations including planning, scheduling, fabrication and delivery.
• Lead, manage and develop production teams and factory staff.
• Monitor KPIs, labour utilisation, costs and profitability.
• Ensure quality and compliance with Australian Standards.
• Coordinate dispatch, logistics and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
