Job summary

Seascape Joinery is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a lean, quality-focused factory floor. You will drive daily operations, set priorities, and coach a seven-strong team to uphold high standards of workmanship and safety.

You will work closely with the Production Coordinator to optimize scheduling, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain real-time visibility via our ERP and CAD tools. Strong leadership and lean manufacturing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and shaping a strong team culture.
• Solid grounding in WHS, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong knowledge of CNC workflows and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the floor.
• Own the production schedule and resource allocation, keeping jobs moving without delay.
• Oversee quality control on every work order prior to installation.
• Maintain rigorous WHS and 5S standards.
• Coach and develop your team, from apprentices through to tradespeople.
• Identify recurring issues and work with other departments to resolve them at the source.
