Job summary

Bupa is seeking an experienced Lead Physician for our Parramatta Visa Medical Assessment Centre. You will oversee the panel physician workforce, rostering and providing leadership and coaching to clinicians, linking to the national BMVS network, and delivering high-quality clinical expertise to centre staff.

The role is ideal for an experienced Senior Resident or Registrar looking to advance into a broader leadership position within a collaborative, modern healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• General Registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner.
• Proven leadership and coaching of clinicians.
• Experience rostering and clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the panel physician workforce in the centre, including rostering and coaching.
• Act as link to the national BMVS medical network and provide clinical expertise.
• Lead the Parramatta BMVS Centre and grow your career with Bupa.
