Job summary

Bupa Australia is seeking an experienced Lead Physician to join the Immigration Medical Assessments team at our Parramatta centre. You will lead the panel physician workforce, roster clinicians, and provide clinical guidance to the centre team in a permanent, full-time role.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership and broad clinical experience, with familiarity of immigration regulatory environments, and the ability to drive service delivery in a collaborative, patient-centered

Qualifications

• General Registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner.
• Robust leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, coach and manage clinicians.
• Broad clinical experience.
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory environments in the Immigration area.

Responsibilities

• Manage the panel physician workforce in the centre, including rostering and leadership of clinicians.
• Provide coaching and support to staff to optimise role fulfilment and work life.
• Link to the national BMVS medical network and deliver clinical expertise to the centre manager and staff.
