Job summary
GE HealthCare in Sydney, Australia seeks a Molecular Imaging Collaboration Scientist to lead external scientific collaborations advancing PET technology and cross-functional work with SPECT. You will translate clinical needs into feasibility studies, research tools, and publications while bridging academic collaborators, product teams, engineering, and MIM.

Qualifications
- PhD in an engineering or science field such as Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, or Physics
- Minimum 4 years of experience in medical imaging, image processing, or related development
- Experience developing PET imaging technology: reconstruction, corrections, quantitative imaging, post-processing, or related
Responsibilities
- Lead external collaborations and publish results in peer-reviewed venues
- Develop evidence plans complementing clinical data and drive multiple publications
- Communicate technical analyses to leadership and scientific audiences
- Support site engagements, data analysis, and publication planning
