Shine Lawyers in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Legal Practice Manager to lead our Personal Injury team with passion and purpose. You will guide a team dedicated to securing just outcomes for WorkCover and TAC matters, while aligning operations, budgets and performance with the firm’s standards.

Qualifications

Significant experience as a personal injury litigation solicitor.

Strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the Melbourne CBD Personal Injury team.
Progress WorkCover and TAC cases to secure the best outcomes for clients.
Provide legal advice and representation to clients as needed.
Oversee budgets and team performance, ensuring timely time recording and client satisfaction.
Grow the branch’s personal brand and secure new cases while upholding Shine values.
