Job summary

Celtic Decor in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Lead Painter / Leading Hand to coordinate and deliver day-to-day painting projects across luxury residential and commercial sites. You will lead on-site teams, ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard, and liaise with clients to maintain quality finishes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' painting experience.
• Experience in high-end domestic and commercial painting.
• Airless spray experience essential.
• Proficient in spray techniques and airless applications.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle required.
• White Card and WWCC or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise painting projects on-site.
• Coordinate daily workflow ensuring efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality finishes for residential and commercial sites.
• Liaise with clients and other trades.
• Maintain safe and organized work sites.
• Ensure work meets high Celtic Decor standards.
