Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering complex technology solutions.
• Strong OT knowledge in mining or heavy industrial environments.
• Understanding of iron ore operations and related tech.
• Experience in presales, solution design and implementation.
• Delivered large-scale technology change programs.
• Broad knowledge across infrastructure, applications, integration, cloud, security and operations.
• Ability to translate business needs into robust architectures.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative communication.
• Experience with strategic vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Design technology solutions meeting business, infrastructure and functional requirements.
• Define architectures with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Lead architecture across projects and guide delivery teams.
• Ensure solutions align with security, compliance and standards.
• Provide architecture oversight from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Support technology change programs across mining environments.
• Contribute to governance, standards and design assurance.
• Strengthen architecture community and centre of excellence.
• Provide clear recommendations and trade-off analysis to senior stakeholders.
