Job summary

Pinaka Technology Solutions is seeking a Systems Analyst – OIA Designer to lead the design and integration of Oracle Intelligent Advisor solutions for critical aged care digital services. You will translate complex policy into rule-based designs and collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure accuracy and usability.

Hybrid work across Australia with emphasis on aligning with policy reforms, maintaining OIA solutions, and supporting releases with developers and testers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) solutions and APIs.
• Ability to document technical solutions in detail.
• Experience eliciting requirements from business owners and translating these requirements into specifications.
• Demonstrable experience applying software development methodologies including waterfall and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Analysing requirements for Oracle Intelligent Advisor centred solutions.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and policy decisions.
• Writing specifications based on business requirements and policies.
• Integrating Oracle Intelligent Advisor with Siebel CRM, FMW backend components, and .NET UI components.
• Providing high level and detailed effort estimations.
• Outlining specific UI designs while adhering to departmental UI/UX guidelines.
• Providing support for releases with developers and testers.
