Job summary

Qantas Airways is seeking an experienced Offensive Cyber Security Manager to lead the program across the Qantas Group. You will own, drive and deliver offensive security initiatives, including penetration testing and red teaming, with reporting to executive levels.

You’ll partner with the Group CISO and Senior Manager to strengthen cyber safety culture, while delivering risk-informed mitigations in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber/Info Security or related field.
• 5+ years in offensive cyber security.
• Industry certs e.g., OSCP, GPEN, GXPN.
• Strong communication to engage with technical and executive levels.
• Experience leading testing and red team initiatives.
• Expert in offensive security tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Offensive Cyber Security initiatives across the Qantas Group.
• Lead penetration testing and red team operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Qantas Group and GOCS.
• Report findings with clear mitigations and risk assessments.
