Job summary

Bupa's Carlton Railway Medical Centre and Carlton UCC in Sydney is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to drive clinical excellence across GP and urgent care services. You will lead a dedicated nursing team, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals in a fast-paced, multicultural clinic.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will foster a supportive onboarding culture and continuous improvement in clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general practice.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team across GP and urgent care services.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and workflow efficiency.
