Job summary

Fleetwood Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager in New South Wales to lead end-to-end modular construction projects. You will manage programmes, budgets, and risk while coordinating clients, consultants and subcontractors to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will drive safety, quality and regulatory compliance across education, health, social housing and government projects, reporting progress to the Construction Manager and ensuring high standards of delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role within construction.
• Experience delivering commercial construction projects in Tier 1/2 environments.
• Experience managing budgets, cost control, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and contract administration.
• Experience developing and managing programmes using Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from award to handover and close-out.
• Develop, manage and maintain project programmes and milestones using MS Project.
• Monitor performance against scope, budget, programme, quality, safety and environmental requirements.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cash flow, cost control and reporting.
• Review contracts, drawings and docs to identify risks and requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant, materials and resources to meet objectives.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Provide accurate project reporting including financial performance and milestones.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Contribute to tenders and bid activities with planning and risk assessment.
• Ensure projects align with WHSEQ standards and safety policies.
