Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Lead Mixologist for our Sydney venue. This part-time role focuses on the day-to-day bar operations, crafting cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will manage cash, ensure a clean and stocked bar, and uphold safety policies in a lively team setting. The ideal candidate has bar experience in F&B, is a confident communicator, and holds a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate along with Food Safety

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
• Experience in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety knowledge.
• Experienced barista with a passion for coffee.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
• Ability to work a flexible roster, working evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of OH&S guidelines and legislative food safety requirement.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day to day operations of the bar area.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and fun environment.
