Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender, barista and/or mixologist in premium hospitality or high-end event settings
• Exceptional knowledge of spirits, cocktail recipes, and current mixology trends
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and impress guests
• A polished, professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and creativity
• RSA

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, beers, coffees and other beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to provide a welcoming, professional, and entertaining bar experience
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth setup, operation, and pack-down of bar service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment
