Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Microgrid Solution Architect to lead technical design and pre-sales for the Pacific region. You will bridge customers, sales, engineering and delivery teams to translate opportunities into repeatable, profitable outcomes.

You will work with EcoStruxure platforms, support proposals, and drive training and enablement across the region. This role emphasizes collaboration, innovation and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in technical pre-sales, tendering, solution design or a related engineering role.
• Passion for decarbonisation, electrification and emerging energy technologies.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop customer value propositions.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and sales teams to develop optimal Microgrid architectures and use cases.
• Design Microgrid solutions leveraging Schneider Electric technologies and platforms.
• Lead technical discussions, solution demonstrations and proposals.
• Collaborate with operations and global stakeholders to establish standards and best practices.
• Deliver training and enablement for tender managers, engineers and sales teams.
