Job summary

ACCIONA is a global company delivering regenerative infrastructure and sustainable solutions. The Mechanical Supervisor role sits on a landmark WA water project, overseeing mechanical construction, coordinating crews, and ensuring safety and quality on piping, pumps and rotating equipment.

You'll work with engineers and subcontractors, reviewing drawings and work packs, sequencing activities, and guiding the project toward commissioning while maintaining ACCIONA's standards and values.

Qualifications

• Leadership of mechanical crews and coordination of activities on site.
• Solid understanding of P&IDs, ITPs and work packs.
• Ability to complete Pre-Employment Medical and National Crime Check.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate daily work fronts for mechanical crews
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials across the site
• Review drawings, method statements and work packs
• Monitor progress against schedule and resolve site issues
• Enforce safety procedures, permits and isolations
• Inspect completed works and manage punch items
• Report progress, risks and resource needs to the Project Manager
