Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our Chinchilla Operations team, delivering brownfield and shutdown works across the Surat Basin. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating piping activities across brownfield projects and shutdowns.

You will ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Based in Chinchilla, this permanent role offers a 15/13 roster, opportunities for growth and a strong safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ supervision experience in brownfield projects.
• Australian Mechanical Fitter trade qualification.
• Oil & Gas and CSG experience highly regarded.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Ability to perform under tight shutdown timeframes.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating daily site activities.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE, client and legislative requirements.
• Planning, scheduling, and executing shutdown and maintenance tasks.
• Monitoring productivity, performance, and quality outcomes.
• Leading by example to foster a strong team culture and safety mindset.
