Job summary

Gold Fields is seeking a Mechanical Coordinator at St Ives Gold Mine to lead fixed-plant mechanical maintenance. You will ensure high safety standards and effective maintenance execution while improving plant reliability and asset integrity.

Qualifications

• Significant mechanical maintenance experience in fixed-plant mineral processing operations.
• Recognised mechanical trade qualification with at least 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Strong fixed-plant maintenance experience with practical knowledge of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Monitor maintenance performance and plant reliability.
• Coordinate planned, corrective and shutdown maintenance.
