• Lead the Mainframe Database Services team to ensure secure, reliable platforms.
• Oversee performance, availability, security, recovery and operational integrity of enterprise mainframe databases.
• Set strategic direction for the team and drive continuous improvement and capability uplift.
• Partner with architects, project teams, vendors and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Provide authoritative technical guidance and influence decision-making across the organisation.
