Job summary

Stanbroke is seeking an experienced Loadout Warehouse Supervisor at its Grantham processing facility. You will lead a ~60-strong team, ensuring safe, compliant dispatch of beef to domestic and international markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong team coaching, quality control, and collaboration with QA, processing, and transport to optimise product flow and meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience in meat processing, cold storage or warehousing.
• Strong documentation and data management skills.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and WHS/OHS compliance.
• Experience in export-focused operations with knowledge of domestic and international labelling.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Effective communication across departments.
• Commitment to quality, safety and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily loadout operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all shifts
• Lead, coach, and support a team of loadout operators to meet production and safety targets
• Ensure all products are correctly labelled, marked, and dispatched in compliance with domestic and export requirements
• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety obligations, including the consistent application of PPE standards
• Oversee adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance procedures throughout the loadout department
• Liaise with internal departments including QA, processing operations, and transport to ensure seamless product flow
• Monitor and manage loadout documentation, records, and reporting requirements
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the loadout function
• Manage and resolve operational discrepancies in a timely and effective manner
