Little Stones Early Learning Centre invites applicants for a Kinder Teacher to lead the assigned room and support educators in delivering a high-quality early learning program. This role emphasizes strong relationships with children, families and staff, under the guidance of the Educational Leader.

The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Early Childhood, be current with First Aid in Education and Care, ACECQA training, and Working with Children Check, and meet accreditation requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years experience in the childcare services industry.
• Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and Regulations (2011).
• Familiarity with Family Assistance Law (Child Care Subsidy 2018) and ECA Code of Ethics.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations of the assigned room and provide support to educators and staff in line with regulations, policies and procedures.
• Assist with development, implementation and reflection of the educational program with Educational Leader to deliver a high-quality program for children and families.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and management to deliver best outcomes.
• Complete end-of-year reports for children heading to school.
• Network with children’s schools to ensure children are ready for school.
