Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a senior interior designer to lead interior design across multi-family, mixed-use, and urban projects. You will take ownership from concept through technical delivery, guiding collaboration with architecture teams to maintain design integrity on city-shaping schemes.

You will manage client relationships, present confidently in meetings, and oversee on-site inspections and FF&E selections.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading interior design projects in multi-family, mixed-use, or urban schemes.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and communicate with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated portfolio of contemporary interior solutions in residential/commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design development for distinctive multi-family and mixed-use schemes, ensuring innovative, spatially compelling, and commercially viable concepts.
• Take ownership of design presentation packages, client and stakeholder engagement, and presenting your vision with confidence during meetings.
• Manage the full technical delivery process, including detailed FF&E selections for high-end residential and complex urban schemes.
• Collaborate closely with architecture and project teams to ensure seamless integration of interior and architectural elements, maintaining design integrity.
• Coordinate scheduling, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure key milestones are consistently met, demonstrating leadership and organisation.
• Contribute to studio design discussions and uphold the firm's ethos of creative excellence and sustainable design.
• Conduct on-site inspections to oversee furniture, fittings, and equipment installations, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
