Job summary

ROUSSOS Recruitment partners with an established national design business to appoint a senior Interior Designer in its Adelaide studio, offering ownership of key projects and client relationships. You will lead commercial interiors work across workplace, government and private sectors, guide design teams, and drive concept development through to documentation while mentoring junior designers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' commercial interior design experience.
• Lead projects across all phases of design and delivery.
• AutoCAD desirable; Advanced Revit capability and strong design documentation skills essential.
• Strong concept design, space planning and technical capability.
• Confidence managing clients, consultants and broader project stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing documentation and providing design and technical QA.
• Collaborative, approachable style and willingness to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Leading interior design projects across all phases, from concept through to delivery.
• Managing key client relationships, presentations, workshops and design discussions.
• Driving concept development, space planning and overall design outcomes.
• Overseeing documentation and providing QA across the broader interiors team.
• Coordinating consultants, stakeholders, project programmes and deliverables.
• Mentoring and supporting junior and intermediate designers.
• Contributing to the continued development and success of the Adelaide studio.
