A nationally respected design and advisory practice in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the design and delivery of commercial interior projects. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project documentation, and mentoring junior designers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Revit and AutoCAD, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a collaborative team environment. Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of NCC/BCA and Australian Standards.
• Confidence engaging with clients and presenting design solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and delivery of commercial interior projects across all stages.
• Manage client relationships, briefing processes and presentation of design solutions.
• Oversee project documentation, coordination and delivery standards.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, contributing to team capability and growth.
• Coordinate consultants and stakeholders to ensure integrated project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring delivery aligns with programme, budget and quality expectations.
