Job summary

A nationally respected design and advisory practice in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the design and delivery of commercial interior projects. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project documentation, and mentoring junior designers. Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of NCC/BCA and Australian Standards.
• Confidence engaging with clients and presenting design solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of commercial interior projects across all stages.
• Manage client relationships, briefing processes and presentation of design solutions.
• Oversee project documentation, coordination and delivery standards.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, contributing to team capability and growth.
• Coordinate consultants and stakeholders to ensure integrated project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring delivery aligns with programme, budget and quality expectations.
