Grill'd is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our Australian sites.

You’ll participate in a structured onboarding, have clear career pathways, and access monthly sales bonuses while contributing to community initiatives. Candidates must have full Australian working rights and be prepared to pass a National Police Check.

Responsabilidades

• Lead & Inspire: motivate and guide a team alongside the Restaurant Manager.
• Be Hands-On: participate in grill and floor operations to ensure smooth shifts.
• Focus on Quality: uphold high dining standards and guest experiences.
• Smash Targets: drive performance, monitor KPIs and celebrate wins with the team.
• Coach & Develop: support team skill development across stations.
• Stay on Point: manage safety, quality, and daily operations with precision.
