• Lead and motivate the restaurant team alongside the Restaurant Manager
• Hands-on role across grill and floor to ensure smooth shifts and happy guests
• Maintain high standards of quality and guest experience
• Drive performance and celebrate wins with your team
• Coach staff to master skills across stations
• Oversee safety, quality and daily operations
