Job summary

Bunnings is seeking an experienced Divisional Inbound Transport Manager to lead inbound freight across a large and complex network, ensuring stores receive stock on time. The role sits at the center of our supply chain, collaborating with Stores, DCs, suppliers and transport partners to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll lead safety-focused operations, manage day-to-day transport performance, and optimise network flows.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in transport, logistics or supply chain in a large environment.
• Proven leadership in managing operational performance and resolving transport/service challenges.
• Strong understanding of transport safety and CoR obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound transport operations and drive safety culture.
• Coordinate responses to disruptions, capacity challenges and escalations.
• Optimise delivery schedules and network flows for efficiency.
• Build partnerships with transport providers and monitor performance.
• Use metrics and insights to improve service and reliability.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support larger transformations.
• Collaborate with Stores, Supply Chain, Merchandising and external partners.
