Job summary

Bunnings Group is seeking a Transport Administration Manager to lead governance, optimise the Last Mile Delivery platform, and collaborate with Technology, Operations and external partners across Australia and New Zealand. Drive performance, safety and scalable standards to improve delivery outcomes at scale.

You will shape carrier networks and service offerings, leveraging data to enhance customer fulfilment and efficiency in a large, interconnected network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transport, logistics or delivery technology operations in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of last mile delivery and carrier management.
• Experience with TMS, SaaS platforms, and routing technologies.
• Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing external vendors or partners.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance and change delivery.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, optimisation and performance of the Last Mile Delivery platform.
• Drive improvements in delivery promise accuracy and route optimisation.
• Configure carrier networks, services and rate structures for national operations.
• Partner with Technology, carriers and providers to boost integrations and performance.
• Support onboarding of new delivery partners and scalable operating standards.
• Use data and insights to reduce costs and improve customer outcomes.
