This is an opportunity to join a team that operates at the centre of our Supply Chain network, working closely with Stores, Distribution Centres, suppliers and transport partners to deliver outstanding service and operational outcomes.

  • Optimise delivery schedules and network flows to improve efficiency, reduce congestion and support great outcomes for stores.
  • Build strong partnerships with transport providers, holding them accountable to service expectations while supporting ongoing performance improvement.
  • Monitor transport performance metrics and use insights to drive better service, reliability and operational efficiency.

  • Support network growth, seasonal peaks and operational change while maintaining a focus on customer outcomes and service continuity.
About You

You’re an experienced transport operational leader who enjoys solving complex challenges and bringing people together to achieve shared goals.

You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities can change quickly, and you’re comfortable making informed decisions that balance safety, service and commercial outcomes. You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. Your ability to influence, communicate clearly and bring people together around common objectives will help you succeed in this role.

Most importantly, you’ll be motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a large-scale transport network that helps support our stores, team members and customers across the business.

What you’ll need

  • Proven leadership experience managing operational performance and resolving complex transport or service challenges.
  • Strong understanding of transport safety, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing transport providers, supplier relationships and service performance outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results across multiple teams and external partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing transport costs, budgets and operational efficiencies.
  • Experience using performance metrics and data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
